I am the City of Brandon Building Official and Code Enforcement Officer.  I have 15 years of Building Code experience working in three states and in four separate jurisdictions.  I am member of the International Code Council, South Dakota Building Officials Association, South Dakota Code Enforcement Association and the American Association of Code Enforcement.

I hold multiple ICC National Certifications. My daily responsibilities include issuing building permits, plan reviews and field inspections for all construction projects.  In addition, I handle the code enforcement duties for the City.

I am married with four children and reside in Sioux Falls.

Dale Kerber, Master Plumber

As the City's Plumbing inspector, I am responsible for Brandon's plumbing plan reviews and plumbing inspections.  This includes working closely with the Building Inspector.  My experience extends fourteen years with certifications in Water Treatment, Waste Water Treatment, Water Distribution and Wastewater Collections.  Having a family myself the safety, betterment and advancement of the community is important to me.
