KEYTAGS will be reused every year. Please keep them from year to year. If you misplace or lose them, it will be $5 to replace each one.

Instructions to Create Account and Sign in/up

Go to: https://apm.activecommunities.com/cityofbrandon
1. REMINDER: DO NOT create a new account if you have already had one in the past few years. To create a NEW account, click the “Sign In/Up” button and on the next page click “Join” towards the bottom.
2. An email will be sent beginning of February to the email on your account, please use that to log in and push forgot password if you don't remember your password.
Once your account is created, you will receive an email to activate your account before you can input any other information/family members. Please check your junk email as it may have gone there.
Once account is activated, you can re-sign in and finish inputting other family members and information.

ALL FAMILY MEMBERS must be added to the account, including infants.
Please make sure you have selected the correct birthdays, failure to do so can cause issues for swimming lessons sign up.

For season pool passes, select the “Memberships” tab, and add to cart the correct pass and complete the check-out process from there for the pass.
1. You will get an email confirmation that everything is complete.
2. If you are brand new and have never had a pass, we ill mail all family members a key tag. Purchases made after 5/20/25, please request them at the pool.
3. One key tag can get the whole family in if multiple family members go. Key tags MUST be brought each time to the pool. No key tag, no entry. We will not look up your info.
For swimming lessons, select the “Activities” tab and “Swim Lessons.”
1. Find the Session and Level that you would like and push “Enroll Now.”
2. You can filter by session by selecting "When" and under "Season" you can select the session you want.
3. Make sure to select correct child for enrollment and fill out if any allergies or medical conditions.
4. Click add to cart.
5. If have more than one child, can go back to swimming lessons page and add more to cart for each child.
6. Once all have been added to cart, select check out and input payment information.
7. You will get an email confirmation that everything is complete.
8. Please limit to 2 classes per child.

Pool Fees

2025 POOL FEES AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE:

All ages will need either a season pass or pay a daily fee to enter the pool. Everyone will enter thru the Pool House!

Age Categories and Definitions

A. Child: Any person who is eighteen (18) years of age or under.

B. Adult: Any person who is nineteen (19) through fifty-nine (59) years of age.

C. Senior: Any person who is sixty (60) years of age or older.

D. Family: A family membership includes two (2) adults and all children who are eighteen (18) years of age or younger living in the same household. Nannies or grandparents MUST have their own pass separate from family membership.

Annual Season Passes and Daily Entry Fees: All fees include sales tax. Non-refundable.

ANNUAL DAILY

Child: $40.00 $4.00

Adult: $50.00 $5.00

Senior: $40.00 $4.00

Family: $100.00

Reduced annual season passes are available at half price at City Hall or the Pool(when open) with the following requirements:

Must be a resident of Brandon.
Provide a current Photo ID.
Provide current Dakota EBT Card, SD Medicaid Card, BVSD letter of free or reduced meals to qualify.

Lesson fees: All fees include sales tax.

Lessons: $40.00 per session plus materials.

Hours

Open Swim: Daily 1:00-4:50 p.m.; 6:30-8:50 p.m.

The 50/10 plan will be utilized. The pool will be cleared for ten minutes each hour. These ten minutes can be used by adult swimmers. This gives both swimmers and lifeguards a rest break.
Inflatable devices, including inflatable swimsuits, are NOT allowed.
Daycare groups are welcome, but supervisors are asked to be in the water with the group at a ratio of 10:1. Please use your best judgement on ratio based on age.
Please make reservations for groups larger than 20.
Children under 7 years of age must be supervised by someone at least 16 years old.

Family Swim: Tues., Thurs., Sat., Sun. 5:00-6:20 p.m.

• Parents/adults must be in the water with any child under age 18. The ratio is 5:1 for children to adults.

• Flotation devices are not permitted with the exception of lifejackets - Lifejackets are NOT permitted on the slides!

• Kiddie Pool is closed during family swim.

• Big pool, slides and diving boards are open during family swim.

• Swimsuits with built-in flotation are not permitted.

Lap Swim: Mon., Wed., Fri. 5:00-5:45 p.m.

• Limited to age 15 and older. Admission fee or season pass is required.

Water Aerobics: Mon., Wed., Fri. 5:45-6:30 p.m.

• Limited to age 15 and older. Admission fee or season pass is required.
